- Carbon Budget for Hawaii: Current Status and Goals (Briefing by Mr. Jeff Mikulina, Blue Planet Foundation)
- Ground Transportation: Hawaii’s Greenhouse Gas Reductions Goals
- Update on Legislation Relating to Climate Change
- Implementation of the Recommendations of the Sea Level Rise Vulnerability and Adaptation Report
The Commission may go into Executive Session pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §92- 5(a)(4) in order to consult with its attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
The Sunshine Law gives the public opportunity to submit testimony, but it is your responsibility to submit written testimony in a timely manner. To give Commissioners sufficient time to consider written testimony, please submit testimony no later than 24 hours prior to the Commission Meeting.
